Art News & Upcoming Events 

  • Visually Literate / High School County Art Show Exhibition is on display at the Southern Ohio Museum from April 10th through May ​10th. 

​

  • The Spring Art Show will be held at the High School on Thursday, May 1st from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the High School Auditeria. Everyone is invited to attend and show their support for the students and the arts! 

 

  • Art III & IV Students will attend a field trip to Funke' Fired Arts (a clay studio) in Cincinnati on Tuesday, May 6th. The students will have the unique opportunity to tour their 24,000 square foot facility and have kiln fired lasagana for lunch. They will also recieve a basic lesson in wheel throwing and then given the opportunity to throw as many pots as they desire in the remaining time. The students are really excited to have this opportunity!

I feel that it is important to keep an open line of communication between parents, students, and myself. Throughout this site you will find information regarding student achievements and accomplishments inside and outside of my classroom. You will also find information regarding upcoming events and happenings as they pertain to the art program at Minford High School.
